iOS 6 [MiniPreview]

จากงาน WWDC 2012 ที่ผ่านมาหนึ่งในสิ่งที่หลายคนสนใจเนื่องจากเป็นสิ่งที่ต้องใช้กันใน iDevice ยุคปัจจุบัน [iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad] ก็คงหนีไม่พ้น iOS ซึ่งเป็นระบบปฏิบัติการใน iDevice ทั้งหมด ซึ่งในปัจจุบันก็มาถึง Generation ที่ 6 กันแล้วกับชื่อว่า iOS 6 ซึ่งจะเริ่มเปิดให้ดาวน์โหลดมาอัพเกรดระบบปฏิบัติการในเร็วๆนี้ (คาดว่าน่าจะมาพร้อมกับ iPhone 5 ช่วงปลายปี) ซึ่งรายละเอียดที่สำคัญๆทางแอปเปิ้ลได้สรุปเป็น iOS 6 Preview ไว้ที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ http://www.apple.com/ios/ios6/

อุปกรณ์ที่รองรับ iOS 6 ประกอบด้วย : iPod Touch 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2 และ The New iPad ครับ

มาดูแต่ละฟีเจอร์ที่สำคัญกันนะครับ

ทางแอปเปิ้ลได้ปรับเปลี่ยนระบบแผนที่จากเดิมใช้ของ Google Maps มาเป็น Apple Maps ซึ่งจะมาพร้อมกับ Turn-by-Turn Navigators (ระบบนำทางด้วยเสียงที่จะบอกทิศทางที่เราต้องขับไป ใครใช้ GPS Navigators คงจะคุ้นเคยกันเป็นอย่างดีครับ) แผนที่สามมิติที่เรยกว่า Flyover รวมถึงแสดงข้อมูลการจราจรแบบ Real-Time Traffic อีกด้วยครับ

Want to know the latest scores and stats for your favorite teams and players? Thanks to iOS 6, Siri knows the answers. Or maybe it’s movie night. Siri can show you the latest reviews and showtimes. Find the best restaurants in town and make reservations. Even open your apps for you — no tapping required. Say “Launch Flight Tracker” or “Open Where’s My Water” and Siri does just that. You can even use Siri to post Facebook updates and tweet for you, too.

คราวนี้สามารถแสดงผลกีฬา /หาตัวอย่างภาพยนต์ และจองที่นั่งที่ดีที่สุดในร้านอาหารให้เราได้อีกด้วย

จากเดิมใน iOS 5 Twitter ได้ถูกเพิ่มไปใน iOS ทำให้เราสามารถ Tweet ได้สะดวกขึ้น คราวนี้ก็เป็นคิวของ Facebook ที่ถูกฝังลงไปใน iOS บ้าง คราวนี้เราก็สามารถ Post Status ได้สะดวกขึ้นแล้วครับ

Photo Stream ที่อยู่ใน iCloud ได้รับการอัพเกรดความสามารถให้สามารถแชร์รูปภาพได้แล้ว รวมถึงยังสามารถกด Like ให้กับภาพที่ชอบได้อีกด้วยครับ

Now you can share just the photos you want, with just the people you choose. Simply select photos from the Photos app, tap the Share button, choose who you want to share your photos with, and they’re on their way. Friends using iCloud on an iOS 6 device or a Mac running Mountain Lion get the photos delivered immediately in the Photos app or iPhoto.³ You can even view shared photo streams on Apple TV. If the folks you’re sharing with aren’t using an Apple device, they can view your photos on the web. People can like individual photos and make comments. And you can share as much as you want: Your shared photo streams don’t count against your iCloud storage, and they work over Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
